The Future We Create: A Forest & Fire Retreat

For women business owners and leaders who wish to contribute to a more just and sustainable future

This is your invitation to a beta retreat in the gorgeous Driftless region of Wisconsin, centered on reconnection to ourselves, to the natural world, and to like-minded leaders.

Surviving in late-stage capitalism often makes access difficult to these sources of nourishment on a day-to-day basis.

--> What would it be like to start the year by taking a day to focus on plugging in?

--> What impact might it have on our goals for the year?

--> What energy we have?

--> How we will choose to spend our energy?

--> What impact might it have on what we feel could be possible in our work and communities this year?

My suspicion is that it might hold magic we'd expect and have yet to experience.

Join us as February 1st as we explore together.

Reflect on your journey and the vision you hold for your current chapter with guided prompts by a crackling fire.

Journaling by a cozy fire

Immerse yourself in nature as we take a quiet hike through the woods with guided prompts to help you get out of your head and into the wisdom around us.

Guided Meditative Winter Hike

Engage in exercises by a trained coach that can help shift your energy, work through fear, re-connect your intentions for the year, and expand what feels possible.

Coaching Exercises

Grow relationships wtih other women and non-binary business owners and leaders in the area who share your vision for a more beautiful future.

Connection with like-minded leaders

In the heart of the forest, we’ll gather in a cozy Earth home. This retreat is designed to provide space for you to reconnect with your purpose and re-imagine what's possible this year.

What to expect

If you would like to use the retreat to inspire your MLM or network marketing work. Discussion about and support for MLMs is not aligned with this retreat,

If belief in (and discussion about) things like climate change, anti-racism and LGBTQ2S+ rights are not your cup of tea.

Is this retreat for you?

You wish to meet other like-minded folks in the area and forge new relationships.

You are an entrepreneur, community leader, teacher, non-profit worker, or volunteer and dream big about systemic change

You care deeply about converging world crises like climate change and social inequity and wish to contribute to solutions.

It's not a good fit if...

You'd love space to journal and reconnect with yourself and the natural world.

It's likely a good fit if....

" Jeanne pushed me to dream and explore what else I'd like to do with my work and my time and how beautiful change can be - the change that we make!"

She hosted a wonderful gathering. I felt in community with like-minded individuals who are using their talents, skills and energy for a better world. I appreciated taking a moment to gather, reset and contemplate what we can do to build a better community with one another (and not feel alone in the work that we do!).

"I found the process Jeanne took us through to be profoundly transformative."

She helped me to think bigger and yet feel more at ease and able to visualise possibilities I hadn't even considered, or hadn't realised I even longed for. Brilliant and connective, making me feel like we are all doing good work together and supported by our biosphere.

"Jeanne’s one of the few people I know who can get inside my head and help me unravel what I’m stressing about. "

"She’s a calm, logical, and methodical person, but also a deep listener and a confidante in an entrepreneurial world that can normally feel lonely and isolating. When you need a confidante for gaining clarity on work decisions or challenges that are draining your motivation, Jeanne can get you back on track to feeling aligned and excited."

"I can't say enough good things about Jeanne's coaching."

"She helped and encouraged me as I am going through quite a significant (for me) change in my life and even though it wasn't her "lane", she was ready to help no matter what. I always get a lot of clarity from our coaching sessions."

"Working with Jeanne feels like an exhale."

"She takes the time to really come into my perspective - to understand where I’m coming from. What I believe, what I want, what I see as being in the way. And then she helps direct me toward seeing things that I hadn’t noticed on my own. But it all feels like it came from me. She’s a world class question-asker and expansive thinker. She is a gift."

AMBER BECKETT,
THE HELLO CODE

"I feel more confident and clearer and closer to my goals now that I've worked with Jeanne."

"Since working with Jeanne, I have more clarity on what I want to do and what I want my life to look like. I realized that I can do a project or a contract in international development without necessarily changing my whole career. I don't have to "do it all" for me to feel satisfied."

SHELLY STEFFLER, MUNDO SOCIAL MEDIA

"Jeanne has the gift of knowing the right questions to ask to dig at the deeper issue. "

You know you're in safe and capable hands when you talk to her. She leads with kindness and warmth and I absolutely recommend her as a coach and partner.

Me! Jeanne Wolz, a coach who helps women entrepreneurs and leaders make climate and social justice impact in a way that feels aligned and balanced. I’ve been trained by Tara Mohr in her Playing Big framework, which is a coaching framework that helps people be more loyal to their dreams than their fears. My mission is to help nurture brilliant ideas by brilliant women that make the world a more just and sustainable place. I moved from Madison to this home in Spring Green in fall of 2024 and wish to share this beautiful area with as many people as I can. I am a former middle school teacher, a mom of an imaginative 5-year-old, and a lover of cozy spaces and honest conversation.
